What we collect

Your name, email, and phone if you give it, what you buy, and what you type into the member tools: your food log, suspect list, trials, safe and cut lists, and profile. Payment card details go to Stripe; we never see or store them.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver the course and coaching, send receipts, and send you email about the course and the newsletter. If you said yes to texts or calls, we may text or call you about the course, including automated or AI messages. You can say stop at any time.

Who else sees it

Stripe (payments), Kit (email newsletter), Meta (to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads, once we run them; see below), and Gabe, who can see your food log and lists so he can coach you. We do not sell your data.

Ads on Instagram and Facebook

Once we run ads there, we use Meta's pixel and Meta's Conversions API to see which ads lead to a sale. On our public pages only (never the member pages, the tools or your food log), the pixel tells Meta when a page is viewed, a checkout starts or a purchase is made, and its amount. When you buy, our server also sends Meta your email and phone in scrambled (hashed) form, your internet address and your browser, so Meta can match the sale to an ad. A cookie keeps the ad tags of the link you came in on for 90 days, so we know which ad led to a sale. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing goes to Meta. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with it. Our own visitor counts never keep your internet address, only a scrambled form that changes every day.

Your choices

You can export your food log any time from the tools page. Email gabe@triggerfoodmethod.com to change, export, or delete your account and everything in it.

Security

Your data is stored on our own server behind HTTPS. Passwords are stored scrambled. No system is perfect, and we will tell you if something goes wrong.
