Find the exact foods causing your stomach pain, one at a time
By the end of 8 weeks you will know exactly which foods cause your stomach pain, one at a time, with proof from your own log, so you can eat again without guessing or fear.

My story
I started having stomach problems young. At 5 I ate cherries we'd just picked and got violently sick. At 13 I ate golden crisp apples my dad had left out for deer, and hours later I had cramps so bad I thought I was going to die.
Flare-ups became a pattern in my twenties, every six months, out of nowhere, pain so extreme I thought I was dying. I tried raw food diets, all-banana stretches, green juice fasts. Each one worked for a while, then failed without warning. A road trip with my brother ended with coconut-covered dates, three days in the hospital, and an assumed ulcerative colitis diagnosis.
Then came the five-day ICU stay. One night my pain shot came without the anti-nausea med, and I had a full-blown panic attack alone in the room, screaming for over thirty minutes before a doctor finally came. I woke up the next day with the worst headache of my life. They found a small bowel obstruction. Nobody had a real answer.
Over the next years I collected guesses instead of answers: an oncologist pushed Remicade, a chemo drug, for six months with no real diagnostic reason, and it put me to sleep for three days after every dose. Doctors floated Crohn's, colitis, diverticulitis. A gallbladder removal and a sphincteroplasty were both tried as fixes and both made things worse. Steroids helped the pain but left me blind in one eye for three months.
In 2020 my heart stopped, from years of Adderall stacked with weed and caffeine, on top of two decades of flares and steroids. After a tertiary workup at University of Michigan found nothing, my own doctor told me plainly: if they can't help you, you'll be in this pain for the rest of your life.
I stopped waiting for someone else to find the answer. In 2022 I built my own system: a short suspect list starting with skins, seeds, nuts, and rough fiber, a daily log, removing one food at a time, and re-testing to get proof instead of fear. I have not had a true flare since, and I have not been back in the ICU for my stomach.
I still get occasional bad days, and now I always know why. I work ten-hour shifts. I eat foods that used to scare me. This course is the method, laid out step by step, so you can build your own answers instead of guessing.
The method
This is for you if
- You've already cut out random foods on your own and you're still in pain
- You've been told 'just avoid gluten' or 'try low FODMAP' with no plan for what comes next
- You've been through testing, specialists, maybe even surgery, and still have no real answer
- You want a system you run yourself, on your own kitchen and your own schedule
- You're willing to write down what you eat for a few weeks, even when it's annoying
- You want proof before you give up a food for good, not a guess
This is not for you if
- You want a supplement or a quick fix instead of doing the tracking
- You have alarm symptoms and haven't seen a doctor yet
- You're not willing to log meals for at least 2-3 weeks
- You want someone to hand you a list of 'bad foods' instead of finding your own
- You're currently mid-flare from a diagnosed condition your doctor is actively treating and hasn't cleared you for dietary changes
